What is on the sheet
- Date, load or trip number, origin and destination for every run.
- Miles, fuel gallons and fuel cost, so you can figure your miles per gallon.
- Tolls and scale fees.
- Detention hours, so waiting time does not slip through the cracks.
- Meals and per diem notes for each day.
- A weekly totals row, plus boxes for parking, lumper fees, truck washes, repairs and a week summary.
How to use it
Print one sheet each week and keep it on a clipboard in the cab. Fill in one row per load or trip, add up each column on your last day, and staple your receipts behind it. At tax time or when a settlement looks short, you will have the whole week in one place.
It prints in black and white on regular US Letter paper, so any printer at home or at a truck stop will work.
A quick note
This sheet is a personal record keeping aid. It does not replace your ELD records, your logbook or your receipts, and it is not tax or legal advice. Ask a tax professional about per diem and deductions.
